My family and I have been working with Ryan for the past 5 + years. We rent vacation rentals through him in Cape May, NJ. He has always been a incredibly responsive and helpful agent. He has helped us navigate through 3 different homes and has always been a great resource for us. Ryan really showed us incredible customer service this year when we were scammed by a VRBO rental. ( We were going to try a different area)In 3 days he managed to find us an incredible rental to house 14 of us for the week! When I left a special necklace behind he personally tracked it down and sent it back to me. Ryan is one of a kind, providing beautiful rentals, professional & exemplary service.

Thanksgiving 2024 in Cape May! We needed a place big enough for 20+ and nice enough to stay inside in case of rain (it did!). Ryan, Holly, and their team made it happen in the most beautiful home - 1005 Beach Ave. Everything was as promised – the linens, furniture, and outdoor cushions in place (November!) It was clean – comfortable, relaxing. We had the best time! Most gatherings were around the giant kitchen island (there were many opinions on preparing the turkey), more time at the giant dining room table. Even more spent in the living room(s) for games and conversation. 20+family and beds for us all. Everyone had a great time because everything was perfect about this house!

We loved our stay at Casa Bella! The house was beautiful and had enough room for the eight of us. We were close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We definitely recommend this property! The owner was super friendly and we had a wonderful time.

Ryan is the most pleasant and positive agent we have ever come across. He is enthusiast, funny, knowledgeable yet laid back. No hard sell or lame recommendations. He allows his clients to steer the direction they want to go in yet he politely may redirect them to what is ultimately the correct decision. We were out of state clients with unlimited access to the internet so we were perhaps a real estate agent's nightmare. However, Ryan was patient and agreeable to all our whims and location changes. He marshalled us through the process and we could not be more pleased. We highly recommend both Ryan and the Desatnick agency to future homeowners.
